Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning in Metro Vancouver
Dust pulled out, not pushed around.
Air duct cleaning done properly is source removal, which means the dust is physically pulled out of the system rather than blown loose and left to settle somewhere else. We clean both the supply and the return side across Metro Vancouver, on homes and on commercial buildings.

What a duct cleaning actually involves.
Access at the furnace
An access point is cut at the furnace so the system can be worked on from the centre outward, then sealed when the job is done.
Every register sealed off
Every supply and return register in the building gets sealed, so the negative pressure pulls through the ducts instead of leaking out the nearest opening.
Air whips through the runs
Air whips agitate dust off the duct walls so it lifts and travels rather than staying stuck in place.
Negative air and vacuum
A negative air machine and vacuum pull the loosened dust back through the system to the mechanical room and out.
Supply and return both
The return side moves as much air as the supply side, so cleaning one and not the other leaves half the system dirty.
Dryer vent cleaning
The dryer vent run cleared of lint, available on its own or alongside a duct cleaning.
Dryer vent cleaning
Lint builds up in a dryer vent run over time, and lint is a fire hazard. The usual sign of a clogged vent is clothes needing two or three cycles to dry, because the dryer cannot push its hot, wet air out. If your dryer has started taking longer than it used to, that is the vent talking. We clear the run start to finish, and it can be booked on its own or added to a duct cleaning.
Worth doing, and worth doing right.
Source removal, not surface work
The dust leaves the building. A cleaning that only agitates the ducts moves the problem somewhere else in the house.
We already know your system
We install and service furnaces and heat pumps, so the ductwork is not unfamiliar territory. If something in the system looks wrong while we are in there, you will hear about it.
