Why your air conditioner suddenly got louder
Packaged rooftop units serving a commercial building, set and tied into existing distribution. Rooftop work is mostly a question of access and sequencing, because the crane window and the tenant's operating hours rarely line up on their own.
Evaporator unit installed and commissioned inside a walk-in cooler for a food service operator. Refrigeration is held in house rather than subcontracted, which is what lets a cooler failure get answered by the same people who installed it.
Ductwork fabricated and run through an occupied commercial shop. Open bays move air very differently from an office floor, so the layout follows where the work actually happens rather than the ceiling grid.
